When it is okay to buy expensive things

If you can truly afford it, there is nothing wrong with buying expensive things if you do so to enjoy them.

After all, there is no special merit in being poor (or cheap), and feeling guilty because you have been blessed is not the answer for helping those in need.

However, if you find yourself wanting to buy expensive things in order to feel successful, then save your money, you’re only making someone else successful…and rich.

The ONE THING for today: There is nothing wrong with enjoying the good things of life, but they are empty calories when it comes to feeding your soul.
