All noise is not equal

The volume (loud!) of the masses does not mean they are right.

The volume of (quietly persistent) of your inner voice is probably telling you something important.

Are you willing to tune out the masses long enough to listen?

The volume of emails and notifications (a lot and growing by the minute!) do not mean they are important.

But the silence of your family and “real” friends (vs. virtual friends) is probably telling you something very important.

Are you willing to shut off the noise and listen for the silence?

The ONE THING for today: Muchness, and loudness, through clamoring for your time and attention, must not rule your life. The truly important is often found in the most unlikely places. Look for it; listen for it.

I took this picture in Glacier National Park (NW Montana near the Canadian border.)
The flowers are called “Beargrass” and only grow in higher altitudes.

There are some sights and sounds that will not be experienced unless you get away from the crowd.
