Wait till tomorrow to throw in the towel.
No matter what you’re going through; no matter how impossible the task; no matter how hopeless the situation may seem—go one more day.
Quit tomorrow.
Give up tomorrow.
Throw in the towel tomorrow.
But for now…
Press on one more day. Press on through the pain and fear.
Do what you can; give what you can; do the right thing no matter how you feel and no matter the lack of support.
Just give it one more day.
If there is anything I have learned over the years it is this: A new day often sheds new light on a situation. There will be many times you will go to bed weary, tired and discouraged, beat up from the struggles of the day…but come morning, God brings new strength, new hope and new courage.
- The ONE THING for today: Whatever you do, don’t quit today. Don’t risk living the rest of your life wondering what would have happened if you’d pressed on one more day. Always wait till tomorrow to throw in the towel.
Psalm 30:5 (NKJV)
5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
