The troublesome thing about mercy

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)... _Ephesians 2:4-5

Everyone wants mercy but it is important to remember that only the undeserving can receive it.

The ONE THING for today: If you want mercy the first step will be confessing your unworthiness for receiving it–not an easy task for the proud but a blessing beyond measure for the one willing to humble themselves and receive.
