Uncertain clarity

Remember, you do not have to be certain to provide clarity.

Uncertain times are…well uncertain; they bring a level of complexity that often exceed your level of experience and training.

The answer is not false confidence and bluster. That will not inspired the thoughtful and it sets up the vunerable for disaster.

The answer is clarity.

It is saying, “I don’t have all the answers but we’re working on it and in the meantime, this is what we need to do.”

People appreciate that kind of honesty and will follow.

The ONE THING for today: Provide clarity for those you serve and care for. They are not looking to you for all the answers, they are looking to you for hope and direction.
