The ONE THING for today

Hide your feelings

Ignoring your negative feelings and hiding them are not the same.

By all means acknowledge your hurts, fears, and frustrations, but you don’t have to notify the world.

The way you feel about something or someone today may be far different this time next year or even this time tomorrow.

Settle for doing the right the no matter how you feel. 

After all, if liking someone, or being happy, or enjoying what you’re doing, or feeling good were the criteria for getting something done we’d probably still be living in caves.

The ONE THING for today: Stop the drama, table those negative feelings for a rainy day, and get on with life.
