A song can be sung to notes but not to music.
The “notes” is getting it right, doing what you are supposed to do, finishing your check list.
The “music” is where you put your soul into it.
We’ve all heard technically correct “elevator music” and it has its place, but hearing someone thrown themselves into a song is what moves the soul.
The ONE THING for today: Don’t just do your job today; put you into it. Sing the music, not just the notes!
