If you hope to make a positive difference here’s three “ility”s that you will need. People will take you seriously when you demonstrate:
- Likability (People Skills. Hint: People like people who they feel truly cares about them.)
- Credibility (You’ve demonstrated you can do what you talking about)
- Ability (You’ve continued to grow and refine your skills and you’re still producing; read history but don’t major in it—keep producing!)
