You need these three “ility”s if you want to be taken seriously

If you hope to make a positive difference here’s three “ility”s that you will need.  People will take you seriously when you demonstrate:

1. Likability (People Skills. Hint: People like people who they feel truly cares about them.)
2. Credibility (You’ve demonstrated you can do what you talking about)
3. Ability (You’ve continued to grow and refine your skills and you’re still producing; read history but don’t major in it—keep producing!)
