Should you lead or follow?

Even the most senior leader is not always the leader.

Truth be known, we all have two positions to fill at the same time. No matter who you are, there is some area in which you must lead. To not do so is to inhibit progress and to hinder others from succeeding.

However, no matter who you are, there is some area in which you must follow. To not do so is to inhibit progress and to hinder others from succeeding.

The ONE THING for today: When appropriate, have the courage to lead and lead well. But also have the wisdom and humility to know when it is time to follow and follow well.

So, should you lead or follow? Answer: Yes
