I once heard my good friend and master pastor, Marc Campbell, comment at a pastor’s conference: “We can get blogged down pastoring other people’s problems.”
So true.
People will let you solve their problems all day if you are willing.
But when you are solving problems for people that they should be solving themselves, you are creating a bigger problem.
The ONE THING for today: See yourself as a coach or cheerleader in helping people solve their own problems and you focus on those problems that only you can solve.
