I’m handing out “free passes” today \\ not for you but for you to give to others.
Somebody really stinks up the place today with a bad attitude? Give them a free pass; who knows what they’ve been through lately.
Somebody repeats something you told them in confidence? Give them a free pass; you’ve probably let a few things slip in your lifetime too.
Somebody cut you off in traffic, cut in line, waste your time, bather on about something you don’t care about, etc., etc., etc.? You know the drill…give them a free pass; you’ll be needing one soon yourself. 
And by the way, save a generous stack of those free passes for home—they deserve it for all the ones they’ve been giving you lately. 🙂

donnie and i had the opportunity to put this into practice yesterday with a very grumpy man. couldn’t help but think of this blog and giggle a little as i made the choice to offer the free pass and even pray for him. Thanks for the timely reminder, Pastor
