Most things in life are never “done”.
For example, you do not manage your time and you’re done with it. Managing time is a daily practice. You manage your time minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day.
Managed your time well today? Great, but in the morning you will have to get up and do it all over again.
Virtually all of life is this way.
You seldom get the chance to finish something, put a period on it and close the book. The truth is, the book of your life is not finished until you breathe your last breath.
And till then…
You’re pretty much managing the same person (you) and the same underlying issues every day.
To make sense of this think “practice” // this life is practice for the real life you will experience in eternity. Each day is a chance to do your “reps” in order to build the strong character that you will take with you into the next/real life.
- The ONE THING for today: Do your “reps” well, it will ensure a win when it’s truly “game time.”
That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 1:9 (NKJV)
