Some things will cost you an arm and a leg

To succeed and survive in life requires losing.

That’s why Jesus said it is better to pluck out your own eye or cut off your right hand if doing so will keep you from worser things (Matthew 5:28-30).

Maybe Jesus was using hyperbole…or maybe he wasn’t.

What I do know is that every fight is not worth getting involved in and every insult is not worth acknowledging.

Keep you focus today.

Stay the course.

Let your passion and priorities guide you toward the prize that truly matters…even if it cost you an arm and a leg (and be sure it will cost you something).
