Are you clear?

You have not made a good decision unto those involved in the decision are clear on why it is a good decision.

Remember, your job is not done when you are at peace that you’ve made a good decision. Your job is done when those involved with the decision are at peace.

Oh, and peace leaks.

And clarity on the “why we made this decision” gets fuzzy. Just because you made the decision once, doesn’t mean it’s over and done with.

Making good decisions is sort of like the instructions on a shampoo bottle – apply, rinse, and repeat.
