Whatever you do, stay focused on the mission and, just in case you’ve forgotten, the mission is changed lives (make disciples, Matthew 28:19).
Before pushing off from the dock and launching into your day answer this question: “How will my actions change lives today?”
Let this be the question that guides you in everything you do.
Let the mission guide you in how you treat your spouse, raise your kids, interact with your fellowman, spend your money, manage your time, and do your job.
Yes, there will be chores that must be done and distractions that must be dealt with, but whatever you do, stay focused on the mission.
Your commitment to the mission is the only justification for you still being here.
