The ONE THING for today

Defeat is one thing

I believe it was Winston Churchill who said: “Defeat is one thing; disgrace is another.”

So true.

There will always be someone leaner, meaner, and faster than you. Defeat is inevitable.

But what is not inevitable is you making a fool out of yourself.

Be wise today. Defeat is always temporary and winning is always temporary. But being a fool can become a permanent way of life.

  • The ONE THING for today: Every defeat and every victory is an opportunity for you to grow in wisdom.
