Laying down or dying?

  • 13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. 14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. John 15:13-14 (NKJV)

God seldom asks us to die for him, most often it is his desire for us to lay down our lives for him.

Laying down your life for God = doing what God wants you do because you love Him vs. doing what you want to do because you love you.
