You don’t have to do it all…

  • Matthew 6:31-33 (NLT)
  • 31 “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’
  • 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.
  • 33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

You don’t have to do it all.  sheep-by-still-waters

Every day it may seem as if there are a 1000 demands and options screaming for your time and resources—but you don’t have to do it all.  There’s no point in it.

God did not design your life to be lived hectically and frantically.  Pace yourself; focus on the effective use of your time (life) rather than the efficient use of your time.

The goal is not to get more done in the same amount of time; the goal is to live life at the pace of Jesus Christ.

Everyday there will be a very few things that must be done–by all means do them, but be willing to leave the rest in God’s hands and rest in the pleasure of his presence even if others may frown about it.
