Proverb of the Day
  • Proverbs 31:12 (NKJV) She does him good and not evil all the days of her life.

If you have the habit of reading the book of Proverbs monthly (one chapter for the day of the month) then you will only read Proverbs 31 four times a year.  Yet it is one of my most favorite chapters in the Bible.

The reason is that I have experienced the benefits of this chapter all my life.  First, by being blessed with a godly and wise mother (31:1-9) and secondly, by being blessed with a “Proverbs 31 wife” (31:10-31).

I dedicate this entry to them both:
