One of the ironies of life is that if you hope to live a positive, up-lifting and successful life you have to wisely manage the negatives.
For example, successfully managing your time requires you to say no to virtually everything – doing more and more about less and less.
What about healthy living – yep, you guessed, you’ve got to say no to a lot of things.
What about people? Paul sums it up pretty well: “Note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them…like the plague (the last section was “the Kemp translation”).
You are not equipped to deal with some people; do them and you a favor and avoid them.
