Well here we go…

This was the new quotation that I added to my quote file today. I thought it was appropriate for Day-1 of our 40-days of Prayer & Fasting. Remember, 40-days if about walking with God for an intense season of “training” and “fellowship.” It is not so much the commitments you are starting today (they are very important), but I want to remind you that you win simply by starting and staying with God. You win if you walk with Him.
But the critical part for today is to start. Do something! Make a step, take a stand, nail down an area that you are going to sacrifice for God. If you don’t start, finishing will never be an option.
Remember, our opening service tonight in the main sanctuary at 7:00. It is an all-hands-on-deck service. I hope you’ll be there if you’re in town.

I love the comment “If you don’t start, finishing won’t be an option.” A lot of times I quit before I start, thinking I can’t do it. But with God all things are possible. Looking forward to seeing what God is up to in me and my family.

Wish I could have been there but I have my Wednesday night class and also Joe and I missed last night because we teach the children at Celebration Station for Kids. We hope to be there Saturday night. Have a blessed night…Love Ann & Joe
