Good morning everyone!
My prayer for us today is that we will be “in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1). The bible says that there is no condemnation for those who are “in Christ Jesus.” Being “in” something is a state of being. It is not a vague etherial concept that you can’t get your hands around; no, being “in Christ Jesus” is a tangible, verifiable place/experience. Oh! May His presence be real in our lives today! I pray that we will be so desperate for Him that no sacrifice and no cost will be to high…just to sense His presence and favor in our lives.
As you face yet another day…stay focused…stay focused on what really matters…being in “in Christ Jesus.”
On a personal note, I ask you to please pray for my wife and her family. Her grandmother (“Mama Durham”) is at the point of death. She turned 89 yesterday. She has lived a good life and is ready to meet her Maker. I do not grieve for her…I grieve for those who will lose their mother and grandmother.
Blessings to each one who reads this…may God’s presence be with you.
