Ministry & Family Life from a Military Chaplain’s perspective | An interview with my son, Lee

“A chaplain’s mission is to bring Soldiers to God and God to Soldiers.”

In this video I catch up with my son, Lee, who is a career military chaplain in the Army. We discuss the opportunities for ministry as a chaplain in the armed forces and also the challenges of trying to raise children in a minister’s home, especially when the call of the ministry requires being temporally MIA from home.

  1. Thanks for sharing Lee. So great to see him and hear how God is using him. Still miss him, Jenn and the babies(will always be to us). You know I have, as many at Fort Mill still do, a special place in our hearts for Lee and Jenn. I also have a slight scar on my derriere, placed there once upon a time, by a very cool, open minded father. LOL Love you Bishop. .
