Ever been to Paris?

• 2 Kings 6:17 (NKJV)  And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Why is it that two people can be living through the same day on the calendar in the same place at the same time and yet describe the day in two entirely different ways?

I tell you one reason: “We don’t describe the world we see – we see the world we describe.”  

As one world traveler put it: “If you don’t bring Paris with you, you won’t find it there.”
