Turns out my dad was right all those years ago when going through a particularly tough season of being criticized. He refused to get in a “mud-slinging” contest, but rather stayed focused on his calling. Now, all these years later, the criticism is forgotten, peace has been made and dad is still sweet in his soul. No regrets there…
