Dangerous promises…

• Proverbs 6:1 (NKJV) My son, if you become surety for your friend, If you have shaken hands in pledge for a stranger,

Whether family, friend or foe: anytime you lend money, co-sign for a loan, or back someone else’s obligation you are asking for trouble.

Never lend money that you can’t afford to lose and better yet, never lend money at all – give it away or say, “No.”
