The ONE THING for today

You were born for this!

  • Judges 3:31 (NKJV) After him was Shamgar the son of Anath, who killed six hundred men of the Philistines with an ox goad; and he also delivered Israel.

Try this definition of Success on for size: To be able to look at myself in the mirror and know that I am doing what I was born to do with the anointing of the Holy Spirit and not in my own strength alone.

I’m afraid that most people seldom if ever think in terms of destiny and anointing.

What if your steps are truly ordered by the Lord? (Ps. 37:23)  Then that would mean that where you are right now in your life matters.  It is a part of the Master plan – you were born for this – it matters and you are called upon to make a difference for the glory of Christ and the good of mankind.  Wow!  Just think how that frame of mind would affect how you approach this day and the rest of your life.
