When (not if) you need forgiveness…

  • Matthew 18:21-22 (NKJV) Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”  22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

Our Father God is not like the parent who says, “Do as I say, not as I do.”  His word and his character are completely consistent.

Therefore, as the old saying goes: What is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

What I mean is this: If Jesus instructed you to keep on and keep on forgiving, then be assured that He will also keep on and keep on forgiving you.

And that is ONE THING that ought to get you off to a good start today…
